CCSD COVID-19 Hotline Information
Please utilize the new CCSD COVID-19 Parent/Guardian Hotline to report your student's positive COVID test result, your child's recent exposure to a COVID positive individual, or to report symptoms when to keep your students home sick to determine if your child needs to be isolated due to symptoms. The Hotline is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm and can be reached by calling 702-799-4322. Free COVID-19 testing options are at Southern Nevada Health District and vaccination resources are available at Southern Nevada Health District Vaccines.

- Proof of address (water, gas, power bill, lease agreement or mortgage statement. Telephone and cable bills are not acceptable)
- Parent/Guardian ID

- Proof of Child’s Identity (passport, birth certificate)
- Current Immunization Record

- First-Grade: 6 years old by August 8, 2022
